Agreement

Our services

Auraa Media Studio provides marketing operations audits, AI agent implementation, workflow automation, creative production and revenue analytics. Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are set out in the applicable proposal or statement of work.

No guarantee of specific results

Figures, benchmarks and case study outcomes shown on this site are illustrative and reflect past engagements or industry data. They are not a promise of comparable results for your business. Where a written guarantee applies to an engagement, its exact terms are stated in the signed statement of work.

Fees and payment

Fees, billing cycle and notice periods are defined per engagement. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within [NUMBER] days and applicable taxes (including GST) are charged in addition.

Intellectual property

Website content, brand assets and templates remain our property. Deliverables created specifically for a client — workflows, agent configurations, dashboards, creative files — transfer to that client on full payment, and are built inside client-owned accounts wherever possible.

Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other’s non-public information confidential and uses it only to perform the engagement. Access to client systems is limited to what a piece of work requires and is revoked when it ends.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding [NUMBER] months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or revenue.

Third-party platforms

Our work often runs on third-party platforms (CRMs, ad platforms, WhatsApp Business API, analytics tools). We are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes or policy decisions, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction.
