Frequently Asked Questions
The questions we get asked most, answered properly. If yours is not here, ask it — we answer everything within one business day.

Getting started
Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. We look at how leads enter your business, how fast they are answered and where they stop moving, then send you a leak map with a rupee value on what it is costing. If you take that document and fix everything yourself, that is a perfectly good outcome.
You will have the findings within one business day of submitting the form. We review your site, forms and public response times before we ever speak to you, so the first conversation starts with what we found rather than a discovery questionnaire.
For the free audit, nothing but the form. For paid work we need read access to your CRM and ad accounts, and one person who can answer questions about how leads are handled today. We build inside accounts you own, so you keep everything if we part ways.
Yes, though our pricing, benchmarks and channel expertise are strongest for Indian businesses — particularly the WhatsApp-first behaviour that most global playbooks ignore.
Pricing and engagement
Audits are a fixed fee. Implementation work is scoped per project, and ongoing operations run as a monthly retainer. The honest answer is that it depends on how many systems are involved — but we will give you a number before you commit to anything, and it will not move without your agreement.
Both. Most clients start with a fixed-scope project — usually the audit followed by fixing the largest leak it found — and move to a retainer once there is something worth maintaining.
Project work has no minimum beyond the project itself. Retainers run monthly with a notice period stated in the agreement. We would rather you stayed because the numbers justify it.
Every engagement has a defined outcome written into the statement of work. If we miss it, the remedy is in the same document rather than left to a conversation afterwards.
Results and reporting
Response-time improvements show up within days of going live because they are mechanical. Revenue changes take a full sales cycle to read honestly — for most of our clients that is six to twelve weeks. Anyone promising revenue movement in week one is describing a coincidence.
Against the baseline captured in the audit, using your numbers rather than ours. Typically speed to lead, contact rate, qualified-lead rate and closed revenue by source. We agree which of those matters before the work starts.
AI and automation
It will sound like whatever you train it to sound like, and the honest answer is that some do sound robotic. We build agents to acknowledge, qualify and book — not to pretend to be human. Anything requiring judgement is handed to a person with the full context attached.
It escalates to a human with the conversation history attached, rather than looping the customer through the same three replies. Getting the handoff right matters more than getting the automation right.
We build inside platforms you own and control, using your accounts and your data-processing agreements. We can also restrict what an agent is allowed to see. If a use case would require sending customer data somewhere you are not comfortable with, we will say so rather than work around it.
Almost never. Most of what looks like a CRM problem is a routing and follow-up problem, and replacing the system just moves it. We would rather fix the process inside what you already pay for.
