We start with what is broken, not what is billable
Every engagement opens with a diagnosis. If more marketing is not what you need, we say so before you commit — which is why our first recommendation is sometimes a smaller one.

This is not explaining a product. It is making an audience feel something specific, in a format that has to hold attention on its own merits. When it works it does more than a year of posts.
The difference is almost always the script, and the script is settled long before anyone books a camera. Concept stage is the only point where fixing it is free.

How it works
Objective, audience and message, then two or three directions with a written rationale for each.
Locked before production. This is where the film is actually made. If the same story would work with a competitor’s logo, we start again.
Casting direction, locations, permits, schedule, crew and budget — plus the decision on which versions and aspect ratios you need, which changes how scenes are framed.
The shoot, coordinated against the board.
Edit, grade, sound design, voiceover, music, cutdowns per placement, and a release plan so the film lands as a campaign rather than an upload.
A brand film is a different proposition from a marketing video. It is not explaining a product; it is making an audience feel something specific about a business, in a format that has to hold attention on its own merits. When it works it does more for a brand than a year of posts. When it does not, it is an expensive short film nobody was asked to watch.
The difference is almost always the script, and the script is decided long before anyone books a camera.
TVC concept development, film script writing, storyboard planning, campaign film direction, brand film structure, product film concepts, casting direction, shoot planning, production coordination, post-production direction, voiceover and music direction, and final cut planning.
A concept has to pass a plain test before it goes further: can someone describe what happens in the film in three sentences, and does the brand have to be in it? If the same film would work with a competitor’s logo dropped in at the end, the story is decorative and the budget is buying attention that will not attach to you.
We push hard on this at concept stage, because it is the only point where fixing it is free.
A film that exists only at 60 seconds in 16:9 is half-used. Deciding during pre-production that you also need 30s, 15s, 6s and vertical variants changes how scenes are framed and paced, and it costs almost nothing to plan for. Deciding afterwards means an editor cutting around compositions that were never designed to be cut.
Brands launching campaigns, products, services, institutions or events that need a polished film format and can commit to a proper development timeline.
Businesses that need performance creative for paid social. Different discipline, different economics — a set of tested UGC-style variants will outperform one beautiful film in that context, for a fraction of the cost. We would rather tell you now than invoice you first.

Every engagement opens with a diagnosis. If more marketing is not what you need, we say so before you commit — which is why our first recommendation is sometimes a smaller one.
Not benchmarks from a blog post. Your leads, your timestamps, your conversion rate and your deal value — with the working shown, so you can argue with the figure rather than take it on faith.
Accounts, pixels, dashboards and documents live in your name, inside your business. Nothing is held hostage in an agency workspace, and access transfers cleanly whenever you want it to.
We write to what can be evidenced, disclose creator partnerships properly, and flag anything on your site that would be hard to defend. It is a conversion improvement and a risk reduction at once.

FAQ
Scale, and the role of story. Video production covers the working assets a business needs regularly. A TVC or brand film is a campaign centrepiece — a narrative, a longer development period, usually casting and location work, and a rollout plan across broadcast or digital. Different budget, different timeline, different purpose.
We direct it and make sure the licence covers the actual use — territory, media, duration. This trips up more campaigns than it should: a track cleared for organic social used in a paid broadcast campaign is a licensing breach, and it surfaces at the worst moment. Original composition is often cheaper than it sounds for a campaign of any length.
Eight to twelve weeks for a straightforward campaign film, longer where casting, permits or multiple locations are involved. Concept and script approval take as long as they take, and compressing them is where films go wrong — the shoot cannot fix a story nobody agreed on.
